Step 2: E-mail us at pepperpotz09@gmail.com
Step 3: When we receive your e-mail we will reply in 48 hours max via e-mail or sms regarding the availability of the item and confirmation.
Step 4: Arrange for payment or COD. If you have paid via Internet Transfer, please forward the confirmation to us as well.

All goods sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.
All sales are based on a first come, first served system. Priority will be given to those with complete order forms and is capable of prompt payment.
Payment details will be given upon confirmation. If we have yet to receive payment 3 Days after confirmation, a warning e-mail will be sent.
Once an item has been confirmed, there is no backing out so please be certain you want the item.
Once payment is confirmed, we will mail the items the next day. Estimated arrival is in 1-3 days. All buyers are to bear postage fees of RM 6 (Peninsula Malaysia) and RM8 (Sabah & Sarawak).
If you buy over RM 100 worth of items, postage fees will be waived.
All items are NEW and have been carefully inspected. We will not be held responsible for any losses or damages incurred during the posting process.

1) Queensbay Mall
2) KOMTAR/Prangin Mall
COD is also available to these locations with a surcharge of RM2:
1) Gurney Plaza
